Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Processing time might vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
  • Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are based on the information provided by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
  • Standard shipping: Typically, it takes about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-21 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

International Shipping:

  • AvnielDavid ships worldwide. Please note, however, that shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AvnielDavid is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How to Check Your Delivery Status:

  • To check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address and the carrier does not ship to P.O. Boxes, we will contact you for an alternative address.

Damages:

  • AvnielDavid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
